Roger Deerinwater, Pastor Roger came to First Baptist Church in April of 1988.  Roger is a graduate of Midwestern State University and has attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Roger and his wife, Carol, have four children and ten grandchildren.  Carol serves as the Administrative Assistant here at FBC.  In his free time, Roger enjoys rooting for the Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners and driving his black 1950 Chevy Truck.
	Scott Brooks, Minister of Education & Administration Scott came to First Baptist Church in December of 1996 as Student Minister.  In 2003, he changed to the newly created position of Education & Administration.  He is a graduate of Midwestern State University and received a Master of Arts degree from Criswell College.  Scott and his wife, Isha, have 2 children--Alisha and Drew.  In his free time, Scott enjoys coaching basketball and rooting for his teams - Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, Texas Rangers, and San Antonio Spurs.
	Ryan Smith, Minister to Students Ryan came to First Baptist Church in April of 2007.  He is a graduate of Dallas Baptist Univeristy and is currently attending B.H. Carroll Seminary.  He and his wife, Lauren, were married in June of 2007.  Lauren is a preschool teacher at our Sonshine Preschool and works in the church nursery during our Mother's Day Out program.  Ryan and Lauren have one son, Noah, and one on the way.
	Mollye Ashton, Nursery & Sonshine Preschool Director After several years of working in our church nursery, Mollye became the Nursery Director.  She has also been teaching at the Sonshine Preschool since 2001 and became the director in 2003.  Mollye and her husband, Steve, have three children--Cody, Sydney, and Rachel.
	Carol Deerinwater, Administrative Assistant Carol began serving as the Church Secretary in August of 1993.  She and Roger have four children and ten grandchildren.
	Carol Patterson, Pianist & Choir Director Carol has served as pianist off & on since 2003 and has served as interim choir director since 2009.  Carol and her husband, Brent, live in Iowa Park where Brent is a veterinarian and owns his own practice.
